I found a murdered-out 1 year old high end Specialized hybrid for sale. Frame was great, chipped and gunked like a retired delivery bike, but straight. How to lock a bicycle outside #54

Here is a well locked cool bike. Note the axle locks keeping the wheels secure, which then allow the fork to be secure when the front wheel is locked to the frame.
